Who we are
The A.N.Te.I. it is the fruit of a capillary job started from October 1998.
At the XIII S.I.M.S.I Congress - Parma November 6-7-8 1998, the colleagues Carlo CASTAGNA, Luciano DI CROCE, DONATI Renato, Cecilia GAGLIO, Francesco GRANCAGNOLO, Fabio LONGO, Mauro PALAZZI, Alberto RUGGIU and Valeria CAMPANARO have decided to start the constitution of the National Coordination of the Hyperbaric Technicians. The initiative, in succession, it has gotten the adhesion of best part of the operational Hyperbaric Centers in Italy and it has elaborated a commune document that has proposed to the meeting of the Congress.
At the first attentive examination of the general situation has emerged that the Hyperbaric technicians that works in public and private facilities in Italy, they don't have all the same professional requisite for the management of fittings hyperbarics.
Besides in the varied structures, also the offices are not the same. The lack of a national regulation has given the possibility, to whoever wants to manage a Centre of Hyperbaric Therapy, of engage like employed to the plant hyperbaric any experienced person of the sector without duty absolve to the legal obligations to the category. Many nurseys develops the double assignment, the relief one and the technical one also in the hospital Hyperbaric facilities.
The technicians that they today work in the Hyperbaric facilities, in clinical environment, therefore, they have attested of professional formation or different diplomas between them:

Diploma of Mechanical Experts with address hyperbaric (Ist. ROSSI of Vicenza); |

Professional certificates recognized from the Regions and financed from the social European bottoms; |

Certificates released from the Military Italian Harbor; |

Certificates released from the hyperbaric Institute of Zingonia; |

|
Certificates released from the Chief of the Centers hyperbarics; |

A fed experience in the industrial field; |

A matured underwater experience; |

Diplomas of Professional Nurses. |
Between these, the courses of professional formation frequented , they vary from a duration of one week to the duration of a year (40 hours to 900 hours). The levels of salary vary 4°. 5° and 6° in the public from the actual, for arrive at 7° or more in the privacy.
