13 . Assistance personal during an hyperbaric therapy.
13.1. Each hyperbaric center
owes satisfy to as scheduled from the Legislative Decree 19/ 9/ 94 n.
626.
The technical employed personnel to the management of the
hyperbaric chamber and of its fittings, to the maintenance and to the
safety interventions, must receive for all the activities a
sufficient and adequate edited by formation the employer according to
as scheduled from the [art]. 22 of the Legislative Decree 19/ 9/ 94
n. 626; besides the formation of the sanitary personnel must be fit
for the management of fittings to tall potential risk.
All the personnel of the Service could frequent a course on the fireproof techniques at least.
The technical, medical and sanitary personnel owe besides be in fit conditions psico-physics, from periodically check, in accord to the dispositions of the in force laws.
13.2. During an hyperbaric therapy must be present:

a physician; |
|
|
a technical operator; |
|
|
sanitary personnel of assistance. |
For each hyperbaric chamber working in the same time, in the same place, It's necessary at least an ulterior technical operator and an ulterior sanitary assistant.
13.4. Hyperbaric technician.
The technical operator has the assignment of supervisor and check all the operations that come perform during an hyperbaric treatment; he is the responsible of the management and of the good operation of all the hyperbaric plant: hyperbaric chamber and all the connected systems.
The technical operator is kept to immediately signal to the responsible physician all the dysfunctions that must be revealed, and he has the responsibility of maintain adjourned the Register of the anomalies and of the maintenances.
All the technical personnel must operate under the direction of the responsible physician.
